Our ticketing experience was fine...we thought we were booking the Bernina train with the full sun windows and table seats...that was not the case. That was very disappointing and misleading in the advertising. We did enjoy the sights, although the heater next to our window seats were so hot that it was uncomfortable. We even used our coats to try to insulate our legs from the heat. Luckily, we were able to open the windows for some cool air. All in all, it was nice scenery, just not what we expected.
The charisma and good humor of our guide Simone, added to the professionalism of Marcelo in the conduction! Also, the landscapes were very beautiful!

Absolutely gorgeous and one of my very favorite things I did on my 25 day journey through Italy. It's a must see/do trip!
The whole trip was really an enjoyable experience. Our guide Salvatori was superb in his description of the geography, history of the region and each of its notable specialties. It was an informative and pleasant guide of the different destinations. Driver Antonio was also on time and drove all of us safely and in good time. Overall, fantatstic day trip and we would highly recomme d booking this trip with them. Ciao.
All was amazing thank you very much for the wonderful day!
Excelent everything was awsame
The scenery and the beautiful snowfall. The tourist guide is good in briefing and helpful
Yes I thought the train had panoramic views but when I got on I discovered that only the windows could be lowered.

One of the most fascinating and unforgettable experiences ever! It was amazing, the nature was divine. Salvatore was amazing, and the driver (I forgot his name) was very capable!
The train ride on the bernia express was magical. St Moritz was lovely. Great guide
Well organised, very good driver esp for the narrow steep roads. Our guide was informative and treated all equally. Time kept to which is important as it's a lot to fit into a long day

This pass was such a lifesaver! I spent 7 days traveling to Zurich, Lucerne, Interlaken and Zermatt without any hassle. The freedom to board trains just like that was amazing. The panoramic train rides were also so breathtaking. Even reserving seats was super simple.
I can’t believe how easy this pass made my trip! It covered all transport – I used it for trains, buses, and even boats. You can also use it to get free entry in some museums. The best part about having this pass was being able to hop on a train without worrying about tickets.
Swiss Pass for rails is so much more! Like having a magic ticket for all manner of transport and museums. Very easy. No hassle from train employees.
The swiss pass is a golden ticket. With it you can explore all of Switzerland and you can board any train or bus or boat without worrying too much about buying tickets. I was able to visit over 5 cities in 4 days and did not have to pay for a single ticket.

This pass was such a great investment! I would recommend it to anyone who likes to make spontaneous plans. It is a little pricier than the continuous pass, but it is worth the money. The only thing you should remember is that seat reservations for panoramic trains cost extra.
Like the name says, this pass really was super flexible and fit my loose itinerary perfectly! I could pick my travel days as and when I was up to travel and I never felt the pressure to travel fast. It was awesome to have unlimited access to trains and buses on the days I needed too.
I was nervous before purchasing it, but it is totally worth the buy. It was a relief to not plan everything about my trip in advance. And it worked out very well for me because I wanted to spend some extra time in Interlaken. The flexibility was perfect for my sometimes spontaneous style.
Easy with the app.
